Daily rates are fully inclusive of the following:

Transport from and to Polokwane international airport, as well as all transport needed for the specific safari as agreed upon

Full accommodation, soft drinks, meals and daily laundry services

Services of a licensed professional hunter, hunting vehicle, trackers and skinners and camp staff

Field preparation of trophies

Daily rates start upon the client's arrival at airport and ends upon the agreed termination date of the safari.

All day rates or 50% deposit of the total safari fees are payable on confirmation of the safari, and the balance is to be settled on the last day of the safari.

In the event of safari cancellation, the deposit is not refundable unless termination of booking is received at least three months prior to commencement of the planned safari. In such case, the deposit less 10% handling fee will be refunded. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended as unforeseen circumstances including missing scheduled airline flights can occur. Deposits can be carried forward and/or transferred to another client

Air charter and/or airfares

Rifle temporary import/export permits and hire of (if applicable)

Hotel costs, before or after the safari

Trophy preparation (if done in RSA), packing, shipping and insurance

Government licenses, fees where/if applicable

Medical and/or accident insurance liability cover are recommended as we cannon accept responsibility for any illness, accident or loss whatsoever

Any expenditure not part of the original agreement of the safari

Gratuities to professional hunters and other staff
